 When the new plugin directory theme was added, it seems we lost the
 handling for the `/browse/featured/` (and friends) URLs, these appear to
 now load the homepage view rather than a proper archive.

 This is potentially because a query of `/?browse=featured` doesn't imply
 an archive currently.
