 The [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/browser/ core trac browser] lists
 additional repos which are mostly there for historical purposes.  It's
 easy to end up on the [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/browser/tests tests
 repo] and think WordPress hasn't updated it's automated tests in 3 years.
 There should be a link to the current tests or a warning or something so
 people aren't confused.
