 Okay, that should be easy.

 If someone wants to work on a patch: The table
 `translate_project_translation_status` would need a new column to track
 the last updated date. Affected plugins: /wporg-gp-routes/inc/routes
 /class-locale.php, /wporg-gp-customizations/templates/locale-projects.php
 and /wporg-gp-custom-stats/stats/project.php.
