 The [attachment:1861.patch] provides screen reader text that's hidden with
 the class `.screen-reader-text`. This class is also used by the
 [https://meta.trac.wordpress.org/browser/sites/trunk/wordpress.org/public_html
 /wp-content/plugins/handbook/inc/callout-boxes.php#L133 callout boxes]. I
 assume this class is globally available for use.
