 The dashboard widget "WordCamp Reminders" is linking to plan.wordcamp.org
 instead of pointing to the WordCamp organizer handbook.

 The link is in this sentence:

 >Please send us the "about" text and banner image for your
 central.wordcamp.org page.

 This is the wrong link
 http://plan.wordcamp.org/first-steps/web-presence/your-page-on-central-
 wordcamp-org/

 This (I suppose) is the right one:

 https://make.wordpress.org/community/handbook/wordcamp-organizer/first-
 steps/web-presence/your-page-on-central-wordcamp-org/
