 hello, I want to add , when mouse hover on a link at
 https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference, it will show him a short
 description of that function.

 I would happy to do it, but I dont know how to use the editor of the page
 its show me instead of html code like in the front end but when i choose
 to edit I c only square barkets- [] instead of <img> tag
