 translate.wordpress.org.

 When I click the
 [https://meta.trac.wordpress.org/browser/sites/trunk/global.wordpress.org/public_html
 /wp-content/mu-plugins/rosetta/rosetta-sites.php#L234 reference link], I
 get a Trac error: "No node sites/trunk/global.wordpress.org/public_html
 /wp-content/mu-plugins/rosetta/rosetta-sites.php at revision 3656".

 If the file is not open sourced, why is the link there? If it is open
 sourced, why it cannot be opened?
