Comment:

 @samuelslider mentioned make/community/handbook which have a lot of sub-
 pages, adding more pixels makes the sidebar enormous.

 [attachment:3px-padding.png] reduces the top/bottom padding by 1px. Are
 there other ideas to solve this?
