 Thinking about this some more, I'd rather see a list of PTE's on the
 "root" level stats page of the plugin:

 * https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/bbpress

 If it was only on each locale page then the plugin author would need to
 browse through each of ~150 locales to see who was a PTE for their plugin,
 a summary at the base of the main plugin stats page would show the said
 list of PTE's in a single location.
