 To help with this discussion, I'm including the flows that will be
 necessary to design for and some wireframes to help inspire ways in which
 these can be accomplished.

 These are the different flow cases:

 Flow 1: User is logged into WP already and has already approved secondary
 site/app to use WP login.
 Flow 2: User is NOT logged into WP but has already approved secondary
 site/app to use WP login.
 Flow 3: User is logged into WP but has NOT yet approved secondary site/app
 to use WP login.
 Flow 4: User is NOT logged into WP and has NOT yet approved secondary
 site/app to use WP login.
 Flow 5: User doesn’t have an account and needs to register on
 WordPress.org.
