Comment:

 There are a few considerations here:
 * Where should a link to this reporting form live? Footer? Our footer is
 pretty busy now and might require a redesign to add more to it.
 * Where should said link go? It could go to meta trac, but we might get a
 lot of support requests. Alternatively, it could go to a (new) forum where
 mods could correctly triage support requests and up-level actual website
 issues. Probably shouldn't go to an email address though.

 Since we're not sure what to do here at the moment, closing this as
 maybelater.
