 When you safe a draft onder WP 4.2.2, the permalink only shows the full
 parent. When published, the correct permalink is shown. Example:
 wordpress.com/example/birds/water-birds/anseriformes/goose shows as
 wordpress.com/example/birds/water-birds/goose when in draft.
