 Can some consistency be added for all favourite locations: (I went to this

 3. Order: Unordered `/wp-admin/plugin-
 install.php?tab=favorites&user=netweb`

 Themes:
 1. Order: Unordered https://wordpress.org/themes/browse/favorites/
 2. Order: A -Z https://profiles.wordpress.org/netweb#content-favorites
 3. Order: Unordered  `/wp-admin/theme-install.php?browse=favorites`

 Not sure which of the above are API changes or need core tickets
