 To prevent users from trying to use plugin in the plugin name can we
 change the verbiage on https://wordpress.org/plugins/add/ from

 > For example: "Demo Plugin Name" will become http://wordpress.org/plugins
 /demo-plugin-name

 to

 > For example: "My Cool Product Name" will become
 http://wordpress.org/plugins/my-cool-product-name

 Semantics. I know.
