 > The current alphabetical sort isn't very relevant for most users. Thus,
 we should sort the list by what's in the accept-lang header, with results
 ''after'' that in alphabetical order. We'd still only want to show the top
 five results and click through for the rest.

 This was added in [dotorg11570].
