 100px looks better IMHO on desktop and mobile, matches what was already
 used in the small-browser fallbacks. Feel free to experiment with it and
 find something you like though.

 Done in [4542], I've switched to using the `<span class="small">` as IMHO
 `<small>` should respect the inherited font size.

 I'm tempted to bump the size of the subscribe box up to 13px to match the
 standard body size actually.. I'll leave it as-is for now though.
