Comment:

 Just removed this from the footer menu. No patch needed as it was in an
 actual dynamic menu.

 I'd recommend exploring in the future the possibility of introducing a
 more sophisticated form which actually does address whatever purposes it
 is supposed to while implementing better spam prevention measures. It
 wouldn't be too challenging to make a form that requires the user to login
 first or has some anti-spam mechanism.
