 Obviously we can't control the content, but the heading 'Browse the Code'
 should be an H3.

 I think the hierarchy would also be improved by moving the 'Meta' heading
 to H2 and Ratings/Support/Donate to H3. As they are, this sections appears
 structurally as a descendant of 'Contributors and Developers'
