 There are plenty of instances where a function/method/class/etc doesn't
 have a relation to list under 'Uses' and/or 'Used By'. In such cases, the
 'Uses' and/or 'Used By' section(s) should not be shown.

 Also, in the case where all subsection of 'Related' aren't being shown,
 then the 'Related' section itself shouldn't be shown either.
