 @dd32: Should we make `Tools\SVN` closer to `Automattic_SVN`? What were
 your plans for it going forward?

 @Ipstenu: Are there any actions we need to execute when post statuses
 change? I added some for when a plugin gets published/rejected. Is there
 anything we need to do when one gets hidden, closed etc.
