Comment:

 I still think the current link placement is not really intuitive.

 Could we link the project name instead of (or in addition to) piggybacking
 on `$sub_project->description`?

 [attachment:meta-1409.patch] is untested, as WordPress Meta Environment
 still has the old GlotPress without any projects, and I can't figure out
 how to log in there.
