 Can you show some examples of what's being done? I looked at
 [https://israel.wordcamp.org/2014/ Israel 2014] and it doesn't look like
 they had to do anything, since Core automatically adds `<body dir="rtl">`
 for RTL locales.

 I think that can already be done with `<div dir="{ rtl | ltr }">`.
