 Thanks for reporting the layout issue, @nukaga.

 I've discussed this with other ja.wordpress.org editors and we agreed that
 the way DE site is set up is fine for us as well.

 @dd32 how do we go about setting /blog/ to be the front page (I have
 published the static page)? None of the JA site editors seems to have the
 permission to do this.
