New description:

 As a continuation of #1365 I think it would be useful to add a small
 paragraph of stats on the top of the page that gives a more detailed
 overview about the status of the project.

 These stats could double as filters: when you click on a line, in the
 table below it will just show those--it would be fancy if this could be a
 tri-state: show-only, hide-these, neutral.

 8 locales have more than 10 waiting strings
