 @dd32 mentioned we could also remove branches/tags/trunk, though we may
 want it for potential versioning of sites or something else along those
 lines. It makes no difference to git.

 However, I'm going to leave this alone for now regardless. #1385 is closed
 — a Git mirror exists.
