Comment:

 I added the new padding in [dotorg9979], and also added `padding-left:
 16px` on `#content-tabs ul li.active` to make sure the  first letters of
 the text in active and inactive tabs are vertically aligned. Before that
 the border on the active tab was pushing its text out of alignment.

 The top padding on `ul#activity-list li` was pushing it out of alignment
 with the text in the tabs, so I removed that in  [dotorg9981].
