 The training team would like to automate their profile badge. (Note that
 at this time their badge is not being displayed. See #918.)

 They want any edit to a post on make.wordpress.org/training or
 learn.wordpress.org to automatically give a badge to that user. Given that
 we already track posts and comments across make.wordpress.org, it
 shouldn't be hard to set this up, but it's no hurry. We'll also need to
 track edits on learn.wordpress.org.
