 Per report of netweb
 [https://wordpress.slack.com/archives/buddypress/p1436413500001173 in BP
 slack channel], the footer area which includes the  columns re
 contributors/contributing extends to width of screen in desktop.

 Attached image shows the issue.

 Attached patch adjusts `.footer-meta-wrap .footer-meta` in screen.css per
 Chrome inspector and the corresponding LESS file.
