 In the plugin repository at least, `code` and `pre` have `color: #000` for
 their CSS. That means that if either is nested inside a link
 ([https://wordpress.org/plugins/mrw-web-design-simple-tinymce/other_notes/
 real example on this page]), you get black link text, possibly surround by
 blue link text.

 I imagine that the `color` property has to stay so I guess the next best
 solution is an explicit `color` value for `a pre` and `a code`.
