 IPs are incorrect for reviews that have comments where the (last) comment
 is deleted.

 You'll need to be logged in and have forum moderator capabilities to see
 what I mean.

 See this review page and check out the (wrong) user IP for the 5 star
 review with the title "Really useful slider application".
 https://wordpress.org/support/view/plugin-reviews/wowslider

 Now go to the single review page and see the correct IP for the user.
 https://wordpress.org/support/topic/really-useful-slider-
 application?replies=1&view=all

 If you're logged in you'll see the wrong IP in the first page is the IP
 from the user of the deleted comment.
