 Thanks Matheus :)

I definitely agree with Mel that the avatar should be gender/race
agnostic, but I don't think that particular icon is very intuitive. When I
first looked at it, I thought they were wearing headphones, rather than a
headset, which makes me think of music, rather than support. I only
realized it was supposed to be a support agent after I saw the earlier
versions where it's obviously a headset.

Maybe alter the icon so that it's a one-sided headset with a microphone
arm? I think that's more universally recognizable. Alternatively, I think
the SOS dashicon that Dominik mentioned is also a good idea, since that's
what the plugin uses for its menu icon.

Whatever the final version ends up being, we'll want the vector art so
that it can be committed to the plugin's `assets` folder and used for any
 future iterations.

`good-first-bug` is used to identify tickets that are self-contained and
easy for new contributors to start with; we don't usually remove it after
a patch(/mockup) has been added, since the original contributor doesn't
always finish the ticket, and other new contributors may want to
 collaborate.
