#1471: Streamline the process of checking waiting/fuzzy strings

 https://translate.wordpress.org/locale/ru/default/waiting shows the number
 of waiting strings.

However, approving those strings is not a very straightforward process:
 1. Click 'Translate Project'.
 2. Select a sub-project.
 3. Click 'Waiting'.
 4. If there are no strings, click 'Fuzzy'.
 5. Finally approve or reject/correct the strings.
 6. Repeat 1200 times (20 projects * ~60 pages).

It would help if there was a single view per project (or maybe a global
one as well?) with all the waiting and fuzzy strings (including sub-
projects), and the Waiting/Fuzzy count would link to that view.
