 Implemented in [11314-dotorg]:

 > Add ability to filter recent activity in forum profiles to list only
 topics containing a newer reply.

 replies since this user's latest reply." checkbox. (When viewing your own
 profile it'll say "Only show discussions with replies since my latest
 reply.")

 The feature is not available to a visitor unless they are logged into
 w.org.
