#1451: Add Rosetta site role in a user's .org profile page

 It would be great if we could add the role a user has on a local Rosetta
 site to their profile page:

 Ex.: https://profiles.wordpress.org/claudiosanches/

 The badge already marks Clausio as a translation contributor and
 translation editor, but it would be good to mark what locale he
 contributes to as well.

 Currently Rosetta sites give users four separate contributor roles:

 - Site editor - handles content on the Rosetta site
 - General translation editor - responsible for all translations for a
 locale
 - Project translation editor - responsible for a particular project for a
 locale
 - Forum moderator - self explanatory

 Alternatively maybe we can add a separate tab to the profile listing the
 User's contributor Roles. Thoughts?
