 Blame MediaWiki. The way caching works there is.. odd.

 You may only see the issue when you're not logged in. When logged in it
 goes away.

 You can fix this and force a cache refresh for any given page by simply
 clicking the Edit link and then Save Page, without any changes. This
 causes a cache invalidation for that page without actually changing
 anything and voila, problem solved.

 We may need to make a request to systems to clear the whole codex cache.
 However, the underlying issue is fixed. It's just cache.
