 @morganestes: Your meta badge (and those for everyone else) have been
 assigned when appropriate up to the most recent meta commit. Currently the
 badge isn't automatically assigned. I'm looking at a few related things,
 and once implemented, this and any other activity-triggered badges will be
 automated.
