 At some point, it looks like the attach/detach ticket workflow for editing
 parsed content broke.

 I've updated the AJAX to use `wp.ajax.post()`, updated to the spinner
 toggling to match the new [https://make.wordpress.org/core/2015/04/23
 /spinners-and-dismissible-admin-notices-in-4-2/ WordPress way], and made
 some other minor improvements to the UI.

 Looks like there was also a conflict on the object name when localizing
 the script that was preventing the strings from getting printed. I've
 renamed it from `wporg` to `wporgParsedContent`
