#1194: A new user sees only the text version in TinyMCE per default

 A new user gets only shown the text version of the tinymce editor per
 default (WP 4.3). The tab visual/text is hidden and the content shown just
 with html tags:

 To bypass that issue you have to go into your users profil check the
 "don't use the WYSIWYG editor" checkbox, save, then uncheck the checkbox
 and save again. Afterwards the tab visual/text is shown again.
