 The `#123-meta` example is based on the Slack implementation, ie #123-meta
 does not link to #123 here on trac

 Intertrac uses the trac name to prefix the ticket number, `#meta123`, so
 #meta123 links to #123, #wp123 links to core ticket 123, #bbpress123 etc

 The Intertrac format has been around forever, not sure why Slack was
 implemented differently :/

 It would be great if we had a standardised format that can be used across
 any w.org resource :)
