Changes (by markoheijnen):

 * priority:  normal => high
 * component:  translate.wordpress.org => api.wordpress.org


Comment:

 Changing the summary, priority and component since it's a bug on the API
 side. Reason of the higher priority is because the validators also don't
 show up on the credit page.
