 To clarify:
 * There's no way to get localized search results using the "Search
 WordPress.org" form in the header.
 * There's no way to find them via Google either (this ticket).
 * "Searh term" in bbPress admin doesn't work for Cyrillic words (#276).

 So even if I do remember the keywords of a specific topic, it's still
 virtually impossible to find it.
