Comment:

 Making bbPress.org and BuddyPress.org work with Trac was a bit of a
 nightmare due to clashing #header and #footer elements/selectors. There
 are surely going to be a few other niggles like this. No big deal. We'll
 need to determine whether to fix them in wp-trac.css or the theme. The
 theme seems appropriate here, so asking JJJ to review.

 I'll need to bump the CSS version on Trac once committed/deployed.
