 On the [https://make.wordpress.org/core/notifications/ Trac Notifications]
 screen I'd like to be able to subscribe to the next minor release and have
 that subscription maintained after each release. Currently I can subscribe
 to 3.8.2 but once this is out the door I'll need to remember to subscribe
 to 3.8.3, or 3.9.1, etc.

 I'd like to be able to subscribe to the next major and/or next minor
 releases. Kind of like subscribing to dynamic milestones.
