 It will be great if we can subscribe to theme specific support forum
 threads.
 For eg., if theme author / some volunteer who is well versed with the
 theme wants to support to support threads..

 As of now there is a rss feed for theme support threads , and subscribing
 options to specific thread after it is posted.
