 On the description field of a trac ticket. The font family is set to
 ""Open Sans",​sans-serif" and the font size is 12px But on Webkit browsers
 the "Open Sans" font doesn't load which then defaults to Lucia Grande.
 While both fonts are legible the Lucia Grande is a lot smaller to the
 visual eye at 12px then Open Sans is at 12px.

 This causes eye strain. While as suggested by ipstenu I could set my
 browser to only show the lowest font size to be 14px this doesn't solve
 the problem that effects the site.

 I am just suggesting a simple increase in the font size of the what is
 typed into the field for a new ticket to 14px. So it match more what is
 seen in FF. See Screenshot Webkit on the left, FF on the right.
