 BuddyPress is a good example of a plugin which has a banner image which
 doesn't work well with RTL. Many other plugins' banner images are designed
 specifically around the placement of the plugin title which is overlaid on
 the banner.

 Should we introduce the ability to specify a separate RTL banner image?
