 Currently it's not obvious which functions are deprecated.

 A ticket has been opened for the parser: https://github.com/rmccue/WP-
 Parser/issues/11

 Once the information is being properly parsed, these should be flagged on
 the function page, per the mockup:

 Pluggable functions could have the same flag but in blue.
