 After hearing someone in IRC support point out some plugins that have
 reported trojans/malicious code, it dawned on me that we don't have a way
 to report to the review team about issues with themes or plugins. We have
 ways for users to talk to the original developers though.

 I think it'd be a good idea to at least consider a way to send feedback to
 the review teams for issues that come up after the initial vetting that
 goes on. It's near impossible to keep track of every single change coming
 in so this is would be a good 2nd option.
