 Changes to the footer CSS and images:

 [65], [66], [67], [68]

 Re-open ticket if any brokenness is found on sub-sites.

 @iandunn : The changes in your patch to translate/glotpress/css/style.css
 can't be applied because, well, that's an external to glotpress's trunk.
 If you want to make changes in translate/gp-templates/style.css instead,
 then that's local to our system.
