#67: Remove used plugins/themes from WordPress.org server

 There are some plugins and themes that are installed on the WordPress.org
 server that don't seem to be in use, so it'd be good to remove them for
 security and to reduce clutter.

 Some examples:
 * plugins/camptix
 * plugins/camptix-extras (very out of sync w/ the canonical version on
 WordCamp.org)
 * themes/wordcamp-base

 There are probably some more that could be added to the list by someone
 who's more familiar with the system than I am.
